A company with presence in both US & the Europe, Datapipe has tie-ups / is a preferred reseller for several top-notch IT companies like Sun, Redhat etc. They offer a good set of packages, at good rates & customer support is quite efficient too. The prices though are on the higher-side as compared to other companies which are similarly rated. In any case, Datapipe is recommended for ecommerce sites or web-based enterprise-class applications which require a reliable server , pricing not being a major deciding factor. Improvement on the pricing structure will take them to a 5 star rating.

One of the cheapest hosting services in this category, Sigold is a good place to setup your high bandwidth non-critical sites to allow users to download files / mp3 or other downloadable content. A add-on site to your main site which you could host on a higher-ranked hosting company. The downsides are that this is a Russian company ? with language barriers. And also quite a few high bandwidth sites seem to be on their network already.
